专利说明:
STACKING PRODUCT PACKAGING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IT AND PACKAGING PREPARATION The invention relates to a stackable product package, such as a foodstuff container, made essentially of recyclable fibrous material, as defined in the preamble of claim 1, and to a method of manufacturing said stackable product package, and to the product package blank of claim 1, to produce a stackable product package. Stackable product packs comprise support members designed to keep the product packs spaced apart. Corrugated board, cardboard or other suitable recyclable fibrous material may be a preferred material option for stackable product packaging. It is known that there are various food packages packaged, for example, ready-to-eat foods that can be heated in a microwave oven or the like. Most such packaging is nowadays made entirely of non-recyclable plastic. This poses a major environmental problem. In addition, the design includes a horizontal flange around the top of the package, which serves as an attachment surface 25 and sealing pad for the lid of the package, which seals the package by heat sealing when the package is filled and the food therein is cooked. Food packages made of, for example, cardboard or the like and lined on the inside with a separate food film are also known, as in conventional plastic packages. One such solution is disclosed in EP2441696. The top edge 35 of the cardboard food package described in that publication has a substantially horizontal lateral planar flange for securing the lid, as in the plastic package described above. To save space, the finished product packaging boxes are preferably stored and stored2 20176011 prh 13-11-2017 nests and overlays in product packaging stacks. However, during storage and transport, the product packaging stack is often sealed and it may be difficult to remove a single product packaging box from the product packaging stack. The process of filling the product packaging box is automatic and the picking of the individual product box from the product packaging stack is done mechanically. The sealed and adhered product packaging boxes interfere with the filling process, which in turn extends the batch production time and the efficiency of the production process. The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide an inexpensive, sturdy, space and cost effective stackable product package. A further object is to provide a stackable product package which, when stacked inside, does not cause stack sealing, and which product stack can be reliably utilized in the machine pack filling process. The stackable product package according to the invention is characterized in what is stated in the characterizing part of claim 1. Correspondingly, the method of producing the stackable product package according to the invention is characterized by what is stated in the characterizing part of claim 12 and the blank 25 according to the invention is characterized in the characterizing part of claim 16. Other embodiments of the invention are characterized by what is set forth in the other claims. The stackable product package according to the invention comprises a base portion with bottom and bottom adjacent walls and a substantially flat edge portion folded outwardly in accordance with bending lines at the top of the walls, the housing portion having a storage space 35 for the product to be packaged. The body comprises more than one support member for keeping the nested product packages spaced apart from one another. 20176011 prh 13-11-2017 Suitably, the side walls of the body portion, the planar edge portion, have at least three support portions and preferably, for example, four or eight support portions which prevent product packages from sealing against one another when stacked for storage and transport. The purpose of the brackets is to keep the nested product packages spaced apart. The distance of the support surface of the support member to the underside of the peripheral portion of the same product package is suitably equal to or more than one 10 millimeters, and preferably 4-6 millimeters. In the method of manufacturing the stackable product package according to the invention, a product space 15 having a bottom and walls is formed for the product product to be packaged and a housing part for the product space and a substantially planar edge portion formed by folds. More than one support member is formed near the bending lines of the body member. In a preferred embodiment, the body parts of the product package body are formed from the cross-sectional patterns of the carrier parts in the product packaging blanks. In another preferred embodiment, the body members 25 of the product package 25 are formed before the inner liner is formed by bending the body members cut into the side walls and the end walls out of the surface plane of the walls. The product packaging blank according to the invention comprises a sheet-like structure made of recycled nonwoven fibrous material having a bottom section, wall sections and peripheral sections separated by bending lines and cuts for folding the bottom, walls and edge sections of the product package. The product packaging blank consists of wall sections35 and support members. An advantage of the solution according to the invention is, among other things, that the product package is easily stackable so that the finished product package stack cannot be sealed during storage and transport. A further advantage is that a single product package is easily removed from the product packaging stack. The former allows for a reliable mechanical filling process for product packaging, which reduces problem situations in the filling process and speeds up process lead time. A further advantage is that the product package according to the invention is folded from a single cardboard or cardboard blank so that the overlapping material sections are minimized, thus saving the manufacturing material and costs. The invention will now be described in more detail by way of one embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 is an oblique side and bottom view of one stackable product package according to the invention Fig. 1 is an oblique side and bottom view of a third inventive stackable product package having side members, an oblique side view and a bottom view of a fourth embodiment of the invention. the support members being folded out of the side and end walls of the body, the figure shows a top view ion product package as an open blank before it is folded into a product package, Figure 7 shows a top view of the product package of Figure 5 as an open blank before it is folded into a product package. Figures 1,2,3 and 6 show two product packages 1 according to the invention, the body part 2 of which comprises eight walls 2a, 2b, 2c. Figures 4, 5 and 7 show two other stackable product packages according to the invention, the body part 2 of which comprises four walls 2a, 2b. At the lateral edges of the partitions 2c near the bending line 4e, there are support portions 2f. Corresponding brackets are provided in each body partition wall 2c, so that product package 1 has a total of eight brackets 2f The body 2 is made of a suitable recyclable fibrous material. Preferably, the material is, for example, corrugated board, cardboard or any other suitable recyclable fibrous material. The body part 2 is made by, for example, mechanically folding it from the packaging blank 5 shown in Fig. 6 35. 20176011 prh 13-11-2017 The side walls 2a and the end walls 2b of the body portion 2 of the product package 1 are joined by four components of a planar peripheral portion 4, i.e. edge portions 4a, which lidding film. The edge portions 4a of the peripheral portion 4 are interconnected by a butt seam in the corners of the product package 1, whereby tight corner seams 10 are formed in the corners of the peripheral portion 4. The partitions 2c are formed by folding them upwardly from the nozzle lines 2e and attaching a reinforcing piece 2d below the corner of the peripheral portion 4, whereby the carrier portions 2f cut into the packaging blank 5 protrude from the body portion 2 of the product package 1 below the peripheral portions 4. Fig. 2 is an oblique side and bottom view of another stackable product package 1 according to the invention having support portions 2f on the side walls 2a and end walls 2b. The product package 1 is otherwise similar to the product package 1 of Figure 1 but the support portions 2f are located on the side walls 2a and the end walls 2b. The product package 1 of Figure 2 is formed similarly to the product package 1 of Figure 1. In the exemplary product package, the ends of the edge portions 4a form the corners of the edge portion 4. The corners thus formed may be straight in their outer edges, but equally well, the corners may be curved so as to form round corners of the product package 1, as in the exemplary product package 1 of Figures 1 and 2. Figure 3 is a side view, simplified and not scaled, of the product packages 1 of Figure 1 stacked on top of each other. The bracket portions 2f protrude from the body portion 2 of the product packages 1. The bracket portions 2f of the lower product pack 1 are stacked inside the upper surface of the planar peripheral portions 4a of the lower product package 1, clearly separating the lower portions 4a The distance between the peripheral portions 4a of the lower and upper product packages is equidistant throughout the planar portion 4 of the product packages. The distance E of the support surface of the support portion 2f, 2g is suitably equal to or greater than one millimeter and preferably 4-6 millimeters on the underside of the peripheral portion 4a of the same product package. Fig. 4 is an oblique side and bottom view of a third stackable product package 1 according to the invention having support portions 2f on the side walls 2a. The body portion 2 of the product package 1 has four walls, two side walls 2a and two end walls 2b. Close to the bending lines 4e of the side walls 2a, there are support portions 2f which, when stacking the product packages 1, keep the product packages 1 at a distance from one another. Correspondingly, a product package 1 may be formed in which the support portions 2f are formed at the top of the end walls 2b. Fig. 5 is an oblique side and bottom view of a fourth stackable product package 1 according to the invention, wherein the support portions 2g are folded out of the side and end walls 2a, 2b of the body part 2. The body portion 2 of the product package has four walls, two side walls 2a and two end walls 2b. In the middle portions of the side walls 2a and in the middle portions of the end walls 2b, near the bending lines 4e, there are support portions 2g which, when stacking the product packages 1, keep the product packages 1 at a distance from each other. The carrier portions 2g are formed by cuts through the body portion 2 in the product packaging blank 6, from which the carrier portion 2g is pivoted from the body portion 2 along the fold line 2ge. The folding portion 2g must be unfolded in the process of forming the product package 1 before possibly inserting the inner liner into the product package 1. Figure 6 is a top view of the product package 1 of the figure as an open blank 5 before being folded into a product package 1. Preferably, the product package blank comprises a sheet-like structure made of a recyclable fibrous material having a base section separated by bending lines 3e, 4e and cuts, wall sections and edge sections for folding article box 1, bottom 2, wall 2 and bottom 2, In a preferred embodiment, the bottom section is separated from the wall sections forming the side walls 2a and the end walls 2b along the bending lines 3e and the wall sections forming the partition walls 2c. Further, the edge portions forming the edge portions 4a of the product package 1 are separated from the wall portions forming the side walls 2a and the end walls 2b along the bending lines 4e. The partitions 2c are disposed between the ends of the side walls 2a and the ends of the end walls 2b to form part of the wall structure of the finished product package. Preferably, at the free end of the wall portions forming the partitions 2c is a reinforcement piece 2d separated by a bending line 2e. The separation here does not mean the separation, but the making of the bending line 2e, 3e, 4e. On the sides of the partitions 2c, near the bending rivers 4e, support members 2f are formed. FIG. 1 for the bottom 3, the walls 2a, 2b and the edge portions 4a. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom section is separated from the wall sections forming side walls 2a and end walls 2b along bend lines 3e. Further, the edge portions forming the edge portions 4a of the product package 1 are separated from the wall portions forming the side walls 2a and the end walls 2b along the bending lines 4e. At the center of the walls of the side walls 2a and the end walls 2b, close to the bending lines 4e of the edge portions 4a, there are cuts made in the walls 2a, 2b which form the support portions 2g. At the uncut end of the bracket parts 2g, bending lines 2ge are made, along which the bracket parts 2g are bent 20176011 prh 13-11-2017 out of the box body 2 of package 1. If an inner lining film is used in the product package, in the process of forming the package, the folding of the support members 2g along the bending lines 2ge must be done before the inner lining film 5 is fixed. In the above embodiments, the purpose of the carrier portions 2f, 2g is to keep the nested product packages 1 spaced apart. The spacing E of the support portion 2f, 2g tu10 is suitably equal to or greater than 1 millimeter and preferably 4-6 millimeters on the underside of the peripheral portion 4a of the same product package. Suitably, the stacked product packages 1 separated by at least three support portions 2f, 2g do not seal against each other, but leave a clear distance between the peripheral portions 4a of the two overlapping product packages 1, allowing an easy and trouble-free filling process. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the examples set forth above, but may vary within the scope of the following claims. Thus, for example, some structural solutions may be different from those described above. Thus, for example, the shape, position or number of support members may vary. Also, the distance between stacked product packages may vary from the above. Thus, for example, the two elongated tin portions 30 on the opposite ends or sides of a product package are sufficient to keep the stacked product packages spaced apart. It will also be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art that stackable product packages may have a variety of shapes than those shown above. The simplest and most common body part of a product package is, for example, rectangular. However, the shape of the package may be other than a rectangular shape such as a box. In this case, the shape may be polygonal or round or oval, for example, depending on the bending lines of the preform, for example. When the shape differs from the rectangle, the number of walls may also differ from the above, for example, there are not necessarily separate side and end walls5, but there are e.g. Also, for example, the angle between the bottom and the walls can be tapered with one additional fold to the walls near the bottom. In addition, the shape may also be asymmetric. It is also clear to one skilled in the art that stackable product packages may be made of material other than recyclable fiber material. In this case, the body of the product package can be made of a foldable material other than corrugated board. The body of the product package can be made of, for example, different types of cardboard, cardboard or paper, or also of braided material, or a combination of different materials.
